President: Duncan Sanderson
1971 Graduate of University of Calgary with a B.Sc. in Chemistry. Certified Assayer of British Columbia. Began assaying at the Bull River Mine near Cranbrook, B.C. in 1971. Founding partner of CDN Resource Labs in 1982.
Secretary: Neil Fuge
Graduated from University of Calgary in 1971 with B.Sc. (Honours in Biochemistry) and then from University of Alberta in 1975 with B.Sc. (Pharmacy). Worked five years as a pharmacist, one year as lab manager at Cinola Operating Company pilot mill in Queen Charlotte Islands and since 1982 as founding partner with CDN Resource Labs.
